Swiss Indoor Championship round 1

Location: Indoortrack Pilatus in Stans CH

Final Results:
1. Philip Tschupp (TOP Photon EX)
2. Fabian Widmer (Corally)
3. Sandro Kuriger (Yokomo)

The first round of Swiss Indoor Championship was in the indoortrack in Stans. Its an extremly technical and high gripp track.
After a few practice runs, it was Philip Tschupps driving TOP Photon EX Prototype Car being fastest, followed by Sandro Kuriger ( ATS Podium diver) then Fabian Widmer.

The qualifier groups were small to avoid accidents. Philip secured his TQ without mistakes. It was Sandro Kuriger who made a perfect run in the last qualifier and saved his second place. On third it was Fabian.

The first minutes of the finals was a tight race. After a few minutes it was Philip Tschupp held his leading position in every final. Sandro Kuriger made two mistakes and had one crash. He lost his second place in every final to Fabian. They had a hard but very fair battle in the last Final. At the end, it was Fabian which saved his second place overall.
